"I paid double for the past year 11/23 to 11/24 for two vehicles and home insurance.I guess it was my fault. Got sucked in at a low price, and then I don't know what happened. I should have been more diligent. The renewal for 2025 was crazy high, so I switched. My daughter car had a fender bender, and her boyfriend was driving. It's all drivers... they wanted us to add him to the insurance! He barely uses the car. I could believe it. Bundle somewhere else, I have a much better rate now. There are better options. Good luck"

"I was shopping for home and auto insurance after a major increase with my rate. I called State Farm after reading reviews and spoke with Kerrie. Wow! "While shopping for cheaper home owners insurance I had the pleasure of being helped by Kerri Maxfield . She stayed with me on the phone while looking for the coverage I needed at a price I could afford. No one else did that! Other companies I called took information and said they would call back, some called days later and some never called back. If I had questions I had to wait till they called back because they were never available in their offices and that would take days. I called Kerri back, several times, with questions; if she wasn't available right then, (most times she was), she would called back before the office closed that day. She never made me feel like I was a bother, I never felt like she was rushing me off the phone, and she was so patient with all the questions I had. She is a shining example of how customer service should be!! The home and autos policies have been moved to State Farm. Thank you Kerri for everything!"

"I was a walk in today at this agency. Was professionally greeted by Emily as I came in and immediately brought to an office. Kerrie Maxfield was the person who assisted me. I wanted quotes for home and auto...to learn premiums and coverage individually and premiums as a multi-line sale.
